Fall Schedule

We are pleased to announce the schedule for Mission To Missionaries' fall events. Please fill out our online form or reply to this email to let us know which events you plan to attend. We look forward to crossing paths with you soon!

October 5th-7th & 19th-21st - Fall Work Weekends
See our property in Crossville, Tennessee and lend a hand as we continue to develop the site. The weekends will include time to work, fellowship, hike, and a Sunday morning devotional. We will send more detailed information to those who sign up. Bring your family and friends!

November 2nd - Fall Banquet
Join us for great food and an informative evening where you will learn about the latest happenings at MTM. This year's banquet will take place at the Jett Fellowship Hall (Englewood Baptist Church) in Jackson, Tennessee. The banquet will start at 6pm.

November 3rd - Annual Meeting
Become an active participant by joining one of our four task-oriented teams (Property Development, Marketing, Resource Development, and the Advisory Board). This meeting will launch our activities for the coming year. The meeting will be held in Jackson (details to be sent later) at 9am and last about three hours.

November 9th - Crossville Luncheon
If you live in the Crossville area, this event will be a great opportunity to come and learn more about our missionary retreat center project. Plan to bring your friends, co-workers, pastor, or anyone you know who might be interested. We will send additional information to all those who sign up.

November 23rd-24th - Fairfield Glade Craft Fair
For the first time, MTM will have a booth at this event to sell our CDs and to introduce visitors to the missionary retreat center project. If you live in the area and would like to help man the booth please let us know.

December 10th - CD mailing work day
Last year we mailed out more than 2,000 CDs on behalf of missionaries to their friends, family, and supporters. We will offer the same gift to missionaries this year. On this day we will pack up the CDs and mail them out. We will start at 9am and it should take about three hours to finish.
