Infrastructure construction to begin this summer

In a few months, infrastructure work at our 130-acre property will begin. Projects for the summer include improving 2000 feet of roadway and clearing a 1700 foot-long utilities corridor. The corridor will house underground water and wastewater lines. This is a big project for MTM. Once completed, 70% of the infrastructure needed to support the Phase 1 cabins will be completed. The remaining 30% will include the construction of our own wastewater treatment plant. We anticipate the plant to be installed next spring.

This summer's work will lead the way for the construction of our first cabin next summer or fall. We are excited about this major progress and can't wait to see the work start! Please pray for safety for the workers and also that that work can be done in a cost-efficient manner. Once the work starts we will keep you updated with progress reports and pictures.
