New church bulletin insert ministry launched

During the last few months, Mission To Missionaries has been studying the possibility of starting a new ministry to promote missions and missionary care. A plan has been developed which includes designing, printing, and distributing a church bulletin insert. 

The front of the bulletin will feature missionary stories and practical ideas on how to care for and encourage missionaries. The back will feature the latest news about Mission To Missionaries. The first insert will be available this fall, followed by at least two releases in 2008.

We need your help! First of all, we are looking for churches willing to distribute the insert in their bulletin. Please let us know if you think your church might be interested! Second, we need to establish a new task-oriented team to help seek ideas, write stories, and produce the insert. This new team will join the ranks of the other three teams that make up the MTM staff: the Property Development Team, the Marketing Team, and the Resource Development Team. If are you interested in being a part of the new team (or any other other teams) please email us at info@missiontm.org.

Fall work-weekend dates announced

We are pleased to announce the dates for two fall work-weekends at our property in East Tennessee. The dates are October 5-7 and October 19-21. Weekends will include time to work, fellowship, eat, hike, and an on-site worship service on Sunday morning. It's too early to sign up, but mark your calendars!
