Chuck Hopkins was originally a native of Michigan but has lived most of his adult life in the Pacific Northwest. He is single, and has one grown son by the same name (the third) and two grandchildren, a young granddaughter, Serenity, and younger grandson, Jack Xavior, who live out west.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan and Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies from Regent University in Virginia. His primary career was overseeing a major environmental program for the State of Oregon.

He gravitates to traveling adventures and exploring with deep appreciation for God’s natural wonders and enjoys relationships with people from other countries.

Chuck has a heart for missions and missionaries after visiting third world countries and living in Thailand after retirement. He moved to Tennessee where he was introduced to EdenRidge and Mission to Missionaries and caught its vision and found meaningful relationships with its families and volunteers. He is a member of the Board and author of the book that tells the story of EdenRidge and Mission to Missionaries.
