He was blessed to grow up in a Christian home, and at a young age he learned of some of the sacrifices of career missionaries. He has a heart for missionaries because of their special calling and purpose. Mark became involved with Mission to Missionaries because he saw a way God could use his abilities to help develop the much needed retreat center.

Mark leads all architectural projects. He designed the Utility Building, the pavilion, and the cabin.

Mark holds the position of Associate AIA at TLM Associates, Inc in Jackson, Tennessee.

Andy Peterson, Church Relations Coordinator
Andy miraculously survived a terrifying mountain lion attack at Roxborough State Park on April 30, 1998. After surviving the incredible attack, Andy received several dozen stitches to his face, neck, chest, stomach, shoulders and legs. Andy set a record at Swedish Hospital in Englewood, Colorado by requiring 70 staples to close his head wounds. Andy's inspirational story is one you have to hear!

This is how Lion King Ministries was founded. This amazing story has been shared with Larry King, Oprah, A&E, New Man Magazine, TBN, Versus Channel and Reader's Digest to name a few. Along with numerous churches, youth groups, wild game dinners, universities and many others.

“Being delivered from death and the jaws of a lion is a gift from God. I would not change it for the world. Jesus is real! He is alive! And He does answer prayers!" Today, Andy is a living witness of the love and forgiveness of Jesus. Andy is married to his wonderful wife Cortney with their daughter Riley and son Jaden. They currently make their home in Tennessee. Being a part of the dedicated and exciting ministry of MTM is both humbling and an honor. Andy looks forward to helping grow and expand MTM as best he can.

2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him...
